From July 6–8, 2026, the second NFDI4ING ALEX' Summer School took place on-site in Darmstadt, offering participants a hands-on introduction to research data management (RDM) in the engineering sciences.

Following the NFDI-RFC workshop held in March, a new preprint has been published in ing.grid. It introduces a transparent and collaborative framework for developing Research Data Management standards within the NFDI.
