We would like to cordially invite you to our next All-Hands-Meeting on March 11 and 12, 2025 in Aachen.Â
The Gesamtteammeeting offers all participants the opportunity to share their progress, discuss challenges and work together to find solutions to new problems. In this All-Hands-Meeting, we will review the first funding period and take away the lessons learned for the secon funding period. 20:00 – Dinner for early arrivals (self-paying)
09:30 – Start of the program and welcoming speech of the 1st event day
17:30 – End of the first day of the event, get-together and dinner
09:00 – Start of event day 2
13:00 – End of the event & small lunch.
14:00 –Â optional tour of the WZL and IPT Machine halls. The tour takes about two hours. The tour is limited to max. 30 participants – first come, first serve.

There will likely be a shuttle service back to Hannover main station; participants should arrive there approximately at 15:45. The tour is limited to max. 30 participants – first come, first serve.
