Welcome to the registration page for the NFDI4ING All-Hands-Meeting 2026!
The All-Hands-Meeting will take place on 3-4 March. Participants of the NFDI4ING Conference 2025 will recognise the location: The Georg-Christoph-Lichtenberghaus in Darmstadt (Dieburger Str. 241, 64287 Darmstadt).
The NFDI4ING All-Hands-Meetings offer participants the opportunity to get together in person, to grow as a community, to share progress and to plan our next steps as a consortium. A key topic on the upcoming All-Hands-Meeting in March will be preparing for our report to the DFG due in August.
Please note that there is no accommodation available on site. We recommend that you book a nearby hotel as early as possible. A list of suitable offers can be found below. Please also note that the event venue is not barrier-free / not wheelchair accessible. If you require assistance or have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to support you. Please also inform us of specific food requirements not covered by the multiple choice options in the form below.
A note on language:
All slides and conference materials will be provided in English. The default spoken language during the event will be German, and we therefore expect participants to have at least a basic understanding of German. However, English-speaking participants are very welcome to ask questions or contribute to discussions in English.

Accomodations
The Lichtenberghaus is located on the outskirts of Darmstadt. We recommend booking accommodation in the city centre or close to Darmstadt main station and using public transportation to reach the venue.
Bus lines F and FM run approximately every 15 minutes from Darmstadt main station (Hauptbahnhof) and the city centre (e.g., the Luisenplatz or Schloss stops) to “Fasanerie”, which is only about 100 metres from the event location (direction: F/Darmstadt Oberwaldhaus, FM/Rödermark-Urberach Bahnhof). Return connections are available as well.

Parking
People arriving by car may use the public parking space at the “Oberfeld” (Parkplatz am Oberfeld, Dieburger Str. 255, 64287 Darmstadt). The parking space is about 2 minutes (180m) by foot from the Lichtenberghaus.
