We are pleased to inform you that the Data Stewardship goes Germany Workshop 2024 (DSgG 2024) will take place in Aachen, Germany, from September 11 – 12, 2024.
As in the two previous workshops, we look forward to a multifaceted and inspiring programme that you can help shape.
The thematic focus of the contributions is on
- Networking and communication from data stewards to researchers
- Networking and communication from data stewards to RDM stakeholders
- (Establishing) networks within the NFDI
- (Establishing) networks from scientific fields – challenges and successes
- Understanding the role and tasks of data stewards
- Implementation of data stewardship in projects, institutions,… – hurdles and successes as well as workflows and tools
- Library, data center, project: concepts for the institutional and practical integration of data stewards
- RDM competence transfer through data stewards
- Balance of activities between data management and research activities
- Increasing the reusability of research data
- Innovative solutions for processing and publishing research data
